We've Got Tickets!

Pin It now!
We are having our first family movie night this Saturday! I am really excited. We are going to be watching Toy Story and I have a fun little Toy Story themed dinner planned and I'm sure we'll do a craft, too. Although I still haven't come up with a craft yet... any ideas?

We are going to try to have family movie night every other week, hopefully it works out that way. I'll post about our movie nights on Tuesdays since I know everybody is pretty busy on the weekends and we usually do Muffin Tin Monday on Monday.

To see other fun family movie night ideas go check out Three A's and a C. Christina has been doing movie nights with her family for a few weeks now and reading about hers has really gotten me excited to do the same with my family. And if you have family movie nights with your family let me know so I can read about them. :)

Don't forget to come back on Tuesday and see what we did.

Okay, I can't believe you made those tickets - that's so above and beyond the call of duty! Not to mention how incredibly awesome they turned out!

not really a craft, but how about Mr. Potato Head if Dawsom doesn't already have one? My son is 4 and he LOVES playing with the toys that are in the movie--etch a sketch, mr potato head, his piggy bank is hamm, etc.

Good idea! I love Toy Story :)

That sounds like so much fun - I love the idea of doing a themed night rather than 'just' watching the film. Any toy-making craft is going to be highly appropriate!

What a great idea! It is much more special to make a whole night themed around the movie rather than just sit and watch the movie. I will definitely be giving this a go.

BTW those tickets look great!

Oh wow, that is such a cool idea! It would really be a nice thing to do for Chipmunk. He's autistic, so anything we can do to make his routines a little more fun is always welcome!

Friday nights are our family movie night. and we look forward to that so much...we lay a blanket on the floor, and all watch something we love. We hve a big bowl of popcorn in the middle and LOTS of pillows.

Last night we watched "anastasia"

We get free movies from the library.

We love it!

We went to Disney this weekend and the dude loooooooved the Buzz Lightyear ride. I wish he was old enough to sit through the movie!

you'll have to post about what you do for the toy story dinner! I'm intrigued!!! I'd love to do something like that for my boy.

I know it's not Tuesday but I can't wait to hear how it went!! I don't think Parker has any sort of attention span to actually watch a movie, so I'm wondering how Dawsome did. Can't wait to hear!
