Muffin Tin Monday - Cinco de Mayo

Pin It now! Welcome to another installment of Muffin Tin Monday! This week's theme is Cinco de Mayo. A few days ago I told my husband what the theme was and asked him if he had any ideas for it...he said we should make churros! So we did and they turned out SO good and they were SO easy! (Homemade churro recipe)

Anyway, here is Dawson's tin.

Top Row: bean and cheese quesadilla
Bottom Row: homemade tortilla chips, "salsa" (really just tomatoes), homemade churros
