Happy Monday! It's been a couple of weeks since we've done our lunch in a muffin tin, mostly because I have been super tired lately. I couldn't pass up a 4th of July tin though!

He loved that his sandwich and cheese were in the shape of stars, he kept showing them to me and was really excited about it. *lol* He ate pretty good too!

my bread is always cracking in the cookie cutter. I am thinking potato bread is not so good for cutting into shapes. what kind of bread do you use?
