Muffin Tin Monday - Dippers

Muffin Tin Monday at Her Cup Overfloweth

There is no theme this week for Muffin Tin Monday so we decided to keep it simple and kind of go with a dipper theme for dinner last night.

First up we have cut up mini meatloaf with ketchup, carrot sticks with ranch and a roll and mashed potatoes.

He ate some of the carrots, the ranch, the ketchup and most of his potatoes.

While he was eating his potatoes (he still won't use utensils so he was using his hands) he was singing or something. I thought it was pretty cute so I took a little video. :)

To see what others did for MTM this week head on over and visit Muffin Tin Mom.

  1. Normally I wouldn't want the lunches in MTM for myself - but his lunch seriously looks great! :-)

Love the song, can't wait to see what songs my little man comes up with (my daughter wasn't much of a singer until recently)

  10. Love the dipper theme, I'm a dipper. I love to dip. I'm usually surrounded by 10 ramekins filled with stuff to dip into. When I first read your post I thought it said you were going for a diaper theme. I was like diaper???? Uh, gross! Too funny!

    Lots of yummy love,

  11. Why didn't they have muffin tin lunches when my kids were toddlers? Hmmm maybe my teenaged daughter would still like on. She's one of those kids with "issues" about her food touching (I never thought I'd have one of those)!
