This week's Muffin Tin Monday theme is the color GREEN. I had a lot of fun picking out green foods for Dawson's tin, I was even able to throw in 2 new foods that he had never tried before.

The two new foods that he tried were avocado and cucumbers and he LOVED them both! He was even sucking the avocado off the cracker. And for the second week in a row he finished everything in his tin (except the cucumbers, but only because he was having a hard time chewing them, I need to slice them thinner next time) and he wanted more! I gave him more pasta salad and made him a pb&j sandwich and he gobbled it all up. I need to start putting more food in his tins from now on.Here is the messy boy enjoying his tin:

ReplyDeleteBoy did he look like he enjoyed that. I wish my youngest would eat that well. There are about 3 things she'll eat and one of them is milk. LOL
ReplyDeleteMy little one has loved avocado since she was 6-8 months old. She can eat an entire avocado on her own! Glad your little one likes it too.

What a fun, messy green tin! My kids adored avocado too, especially when they were younger... now they're big guacamole fans.
